We value our artists, and your satisfaction is our priority.

However, if you are unhappy with any of our services or change your mind about your subscription, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. We offer a full (100%) money-back guarantee for every subscription made on our website, based on the condition that your subscription is less than 30 days old.
  2. 50% money-back guarantee: for every subscription made on our website, based on the condition that your subscription is between 30 and 60 days old.
  3. No refund: for every subscription made on our website, based on the condition that your subscription is more than 60 days old.

Who is eligible for a refund?

  1. A client of www.trennz.com
  2. A client who has an active Trennz Pro subscription.
  3. A client who has a valid receipt of payment.
  4. A client whose subscription has not exceeded the number of days outlined above.

How to apply for a refund

  1. Send an email to admin@trennz.com highlighting why you want a refund. Do not forget to attach a screenshot of the payment(s) you made to us in the email.
  2. The refund request would be processed and sent to the same payment method used to purchase the subscription.
  3. The refund process can take up to 7 days.

Disclaimer

We offer a refund for Trennz Pro subscriptions ONLY. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions made to our partners (third parties) for music tools, distribution services, etc.
